Cojocaru has a meticulous cooking style, and her cuisine has been described as having a “European flair.” Her dream of opening a coffee shop was made possible with the encouragement of her family and friends. Savour’s menu offers rich, inviting entrees, all of which come from Cojocaru’s personal recipe collection. If you’re not hungry for a full meal, our menu offers gourmet coffees, teas, and delectable desserts, all influenced by Cojocaru’s passion and skill.

Savour’s philosophy is “organic when possible, fresh always.” Not only is the nutritional value of Savour’s food important to Cojocaru, the environmental effect is also taken into consideration. Savour supports a global and green awareness and applies this to the cuisine. Local farmers directly supply Savour with fresh vegetables and dairy products.
